Nowak and Urquhart both hit over .350 this week to help the Otters offensively.

(EVANSVILLE, INDIANA) – The Evansville Otters are proud to announce that outfielder Jeremy Nowak and infielder Cory Urquhart will be on the Otters Weekly Radio on Monday, July 14 at 12 pm CT.

Otters Weekly is hosted by the team’s radio announcer Mike Radomski each Monday at The Sports Book Bar and Grill (701 NW Riverside Drive, Evansville IN 47708). 

Otters Weekly also airs live on WUEV 91.5 FM and online at .

Evansville went 4-2 over the last seven days including a series win against the Joliet Slammers.

Nowak is hitting .389 in the last week with three home runs and seven runs batted in. He also pitched a scoreless inning on Sunday with two strikeouts.

Urquhart hit .467 this week going 7-for-15 with two runs batted in and two walks. He has three multi-hit games in the seven days for the Otters who are just 0.5 games back of first place in the Frontier League East Division.

Fans are encouraged to visit The Sports Book to watch the show live, meet the players and be eligible for free giveaways.

The players will meet with those in attendance, sign autographs and take pictures as well.

Evansville hosts the River City Rascals on Monday night at Bosse Field. Evansville will have RHP Connor Little on the hill in the final game of the series on Monday. River City will counter with righty Tim Koons (3-3, 5.79 ERA).

It is Deaconess Family Night and Back to School Night at Bosse Field.

The game will also be broadcast on WUEV 91.5 FM. Play by play announcer Mike Radomski and color commentator Bill McKeon will have the call beginning at 6:15 pm.
