09/23/2011 3:00 PM - Pitcher Eric Massingham, the Otters' single-season saves record holder, was re-acquired by Evansville on Friday after a trade with the Somerset Patriots.
Massingham recorded a team-high 22 saves with an earned run average of 1.38 for the Otters before he was traded to the Atlantic League team on August 31st.
The righthander threw in five games this September for manager Sparky Lyle's team without collecting a win or a loss.
Eric's rights are now back with the Evansville Otters after the trade this afternoon.
